for a Successful EventPIGEON FORGE, TN. – CCLD Networks has completed the installation of new network and telephone systems at the LeConte Convention Center in Pigeon Forge, TN. The LeConte Center is located in the magnificent Great Smoky Mountains and offers spectacular views of the Pigeon Forge area. This new multi-purpose facility includes a 100,500 square foot exhibition hall that can expand to 112,500 square feet. With 232,000 total square feet of meeting space, the LeConte Center is ready to host large assembly events, competitive events or trade shows. Many hotels, restaurants and other attractions are also just a short distance from the convention center.
Technology is always a very important factor for show organizers in deciding which convention center to host their event and CCLD Networks understands the needs of the attendees and exhibitors. CCLD Networks installed Cisco hardware throughout the facility to ensure reliable network service. Wireless controllers and wireless access points are located in all areas of the facility to provide a strong and dependable wireless connection for attendees and visitors to the facility. A new Mitel VOIP phone switch was also installed for customers with voice communication needs.
In addition, CCLD Networks is managing a digital signage network that is present throughout the facility. The digital monitors located within the facility offer a great marketing piece for local businesses in the Pigeon Forge area and also a chance for events to market information to their attendees.
