CCLD Networks Receives Praise from Technical Events

Over the past few months, CCLD Networks has provided networking services for tens of thousands of users at our venues. Some of the events are listed below.

  • Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development (ASCD)
  • DevNexus
  • Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP)
  • Salesforce Connection Conference
  • American Rental Association
  • Pittcon Conference and Expo
  • Seatrade Global Conference

These events and many others have kept our staff very busy over the past few months but everything has been working exceptional well. We have received some good feedback and we look forward to continuing providing excellent customer service to all future events as well.”
-Jim Jenkins, Administration Director with CCLD Networks

The Pittcon 2016 Conference and Expo at the Georgia World Congress in March went well from a technical standpoint. Over 3,000 simultaneous wireless users were connected on average per day throughout the facility. Below is information from a letter that was sent by our onsite contact.

Our event is one that is heavily dependent on internet and networking technology. Based on our recent experience, I can say without hesitation that the infrastructure and support services provided by CCLD ranked among the best of the various locations that host our annual event. Most notable was the ability to offer wireless internet services on the exhibition floor, a feature that is very much appreciated by our attendees and exhibitors.

By copy of this letter I am thanking Jason and his staff for their flawless performance in planning and executing the many connections and services that our event requires, and their quick response when we needed to make some last minute, unforeseen additions.

We look forward to returning to Atlanta in future years, and we are confident that GWCC and CCLD will continue to provide services that will place at the forefront of communications technology, as was certainly demonstrated during our 2016 event.

The Salesforce Connection Conference was another successful technical event that took place in May. This was a challenging event for our staff as nearly 50 temporary wireless access points were installed. Many additional AP’s were used for the General Session which required service to several thousand users at once. An average of 200Mbps was used on our wireless networks for Salesforce and more than 6,000 unique devices connected during the event. Below is a note that we received from our technical contact.

Jason, thank you so much for all of your help! Wow, your customer service level is a 12 out of 1-10 and we appreciate it.

At the Broward County Convention Center in Fort Lauderdale, we provided service to an event that covered every corner of the facility called Seatrade Global in March. An extra 100Mbps circuit was ordered to provide service only for the wireless users. An average of 2,800 simultaneous users and 80Mbps of bandwidth was utilized during the three day event. This marked a high water mark for simultaneous users at the BCCC since we installed our new Wi-Fi system last March. The show management group mentioned after the event that this was the first time they ever held an event without getting a single complaint about Wi-Fi service.

In addition to these events, we also stayed active with many events at the Georgia Dome, Centennial Olympic Park, Savannah International Trade and Convention and the LeConte Center at Pigeon Forge. We understand that networking services play a vital role in each event and strive to give our customers the best experience possible. Wi-Fi connectivity is at the forefront of everyone’s mind and we can put any fears to rest with our wireless Internet solution. Most wireless networks cannot provide quality Wi-Fi service in the 2.4Ghz frequency in a crowded trade show environment but our unique approach gives exceptional service in this range without the common issues with other Wi-Fi systems. Please feel free to reach out to us and we can demonstrate the advantages our systems to your venue.
